About Us

We are a group of fitness freak, fanatics, crazy, fitness-obsessed people working in direction of making our society health, more stronger and fitter. In fact it would be true to say that it's quite difficult to find overweight, unattractive, or unfit men or women who attend TajFitness classes regularly.

We are based on NO MACHINERY concept and work totally on body weight and free weight training in group. TajFitness is inspired by calisthenics way of working out to get fitness and strength. We have Cross Functional Training, Bodybuilding and Strenghtening Classes.

Our daily classes starts with WARM UP of 15 to 20 minites, followed by our MAIN WORKOUT(TABATA, HIIT etc) of 15 to 25 minites and then at last we have a COOL DOWN session of 10 to 15 minites.
